Where we ship

We ship to all 27 European Union countries. Every order is made in the EU (Slovakia) and dispatched fast from our hub in Slovakia, with no overseas warehouse and no two-week wait. For EU customers there are no customs charges.

Shipping rates

• Slovakia, standard delivery: €3.99
• Slovakia, express delivery: €6.99
• European Union, standard delivery: €5.99
• Free EU shipping on all orders over €60

Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout to every EU order over €60. The T1x Protocol (€79) and the Full Protocol bundle (€99) always ship free.

Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched on fast EU dispatch from Slovakia. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships, with tracking where available.
