The 90-day money-back guarantee

Every Alpha Peak order is covered by a 90-day money-back guarantee. Run the protocol properly and judge it yourself. If you are not satisfied, email us at info@alpha-peak.com within 90 days of your purchase and we will refund your order in full. There are no products to ship back and no fine print.

The guarantee covers every product we sell: the T1x Protocol, Z22, and the Full Protocol bundle, whether bought once or on subscription. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Your statutory right of withdrawal (EU)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us at info@alpha-peak.com within 14 days of delivery with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons. Our 90-day guarantee goes further than this statutory minimum and applies whether or not the products have been opened.

Subscriptions

Subscribe & Save orders renew monthly at 15% off the one-time price. You can cancel, pause, or skip a renewal at any time from your account or by emailing info@alpha-peak.com; cancellation takes effect from the next unbilled renewal. Subscription orders are covered by the same 90-day money-back guarantee.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, email info@alpha-peak.com with your order number and a photo where possible. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.
